This sarathi application will provide online services for learners licence and driving licence.Even, one can apply for learner licence from any other location and finish all the needed process online including payment.The candidate can visit the RTO office for the biometric, documents verification and they can attend for the LLR test and will submit the documents respectively.All LLR tests will be provided to the applicant and a fresh license will be applied online after payment of fees online.
