Objective of the Kerala Swasraya Scheme 2022:-
The parents of mentally disabled are retired persons maintaining the difficulty of medical equipment supplies and medical care specialized transportation. The government launched the scheme to keep this in mind that they will provide financial assistance to them respectively. This scheme will help them to fulfill their medical requirements.If they get financial assistance from the Government of Kerala, they will not need to depend on others for their medical expenses.
Requirement of Kerala Swasraya scheme:-
As we all know that physically handicapped and mentally retarded people always required special care and attention about their day-to-day activities and it has become challenging for the parents who are living under BPL households and they can take care of their families and kids also. That's why their expenses have been increasing day by day. On the other hand, Rupees 525 will be provided to the caregiver persons as many as Aswasakiranam pension. But it will not cover the whole expenses of their parents. The Kerala government launched the Kerala Swasraya scheme to Welfare of physically challenged people.

- The Aswasakiranam Scheme beneficiaries will become eligible to apply under the Kerala Swasraya scheme.
- Detailed report project will be submitted to the concerned authorities of the social justice department.
